The WTN education programme was re-launched in September. You will find a new page on the website with the dates of the upcoming events. It is intended that recordings of the educational sessions will be accessible from here in the future. Watch this space!
UHS Major Trauma Half Day
Tomorrow sees the relaunch of the Trauma educational programme at UHS MTC on behalf of the Wessex Trauma Network. Updates about the network, the MTC and a presentation about thoracotomies in trauma units from national data.
New MTC Clinical Guidelines
The updated MTC Clinical Guidelines written by the clinicians at UHS are now available in the Professionals area of the website. https://bit.ly/3BX9oM8 This update has taken a lot of hard work facilitated by Dr Liz Shewry and Dr Simon Hughes, who begun these revisions and Major Alan Weir who completed this unenviable task.
